ACS Maintenance Services, Inc. (ACS) provides general maintenance and

construction services to convenience stores, shopping plazas, management companies,

big box gyms, restaurants, fast food establishments, department stores, churches,

warehouses and residential homes for Thirty plus years. We are very selective in our

hiring processes and only hire employees who are well-versed in their trade, so that we

consistently provide the same level of quality our customers have come to know and

expect over the years. We also encourage our employees to attend training programs

on a regular basis, so that their skillsets are in line with current best practices in the

industry.

Our General Maintenance Program consists of a Preventative Maintenance Program,

which is completed on a 2-month cycle, and routinely answering unplanned customer

service calls, including electrical, plumbing, interior maintenance, parking lot

maintenance, painting, ACM repair/installation, and exterior maintenance services.

As a General Contractor, ACS can provide new construction services, as well as

building alterations/remodels, build outs and inspections. Under the umbrella of new

construction services, we have been involved in various stages of construction of

churches, high schools, commercial developments, government buildings, townhomes,

single family homes, high-rise condominiums, hotels, retailers, fitness clubs and

convenience stores.

ACS Maintenance Services, Inc. specializes in maintaining, repairing

and remodeling facilities. Our expertise is in the retail, commercial,

industrial, transportation markets, and residential. Headquarters in St.

Petersburg, Florida, we provide services on a statewide basis with the

ability to fill any facility's maintenance and/or construction needs.

We work closely with customers to create customized solutions to address

requirements on site, regionally, or at a statewide level. ACS strives to
